Boylston Realty Advisors Announces Tri-State Openings for Aspen Dental
New stores to open in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire
Wilmington, MA - August 11, 2014
Boylston Realty Advisors, today announced they represented Aspen Dental for three new locations in Hadley, Massachusetts, North Smithfield, Rhode Island and Seabrook, New Hampshire.
With over 400 practices in communities across 27 states, Aspen Dental adds a 3,500 square foot location now open at Dowling Village Shopping Center in North Smithfield, RI. According to Jeff Bruk of Boylston Realty Advisors, who represents Aspen in MA, NH, ME and RI, “Aspen Dental, the nation’s fastest-growing Retail Dental Practice Group, is a great addition to this new high profile Super Walmart anchored center.
In Hadley, MA. Aspen Dental will be opening a 3,500 square foot store in the fall of 2014 at Hadley Corner Shopping Center on Russell Street. This is a new 20,000 square foot center directly across from Walmart and Whole Foods.
In addition, there will be a new 3,500 square foot store at Sea City Crossing in Seabrook, NH that is also expected to open in the fall of 2014, where Aspen will provide dental services that range from preventative care and dentures to general dentistry and restoration.
Mr. Bruk further stated that Aspen Dental is pleased to be a co-tenant at each of these shopping center locations; each location being “A” sites in these regional trade areas.
