Boylston Realty Advisors Executes Lease with AAA Northern New England
New store opening in Auburn, Maine
Wilmington, MA - March 20, 2012
Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that they have executed a lease with AAA Northern New England at Shaw’s Plaza in Auburn, Maine.
As North America’s largest motoring and leisure travel organization, AAA provides more than 52 million members with travel, insurance, financial and automotive-related services. Since its founding in 1902, the not-for-profit, fully tax-paying AAA has been a leader and advocate for the safety and security of all travelers.
AAA is relocating from their Lewiston location and we are pleased to announce that they will be joining the Shaw’s Plaza at 600 Center Street in Auburn, occupying 1,825 square feet. They will be a great co-tenant and will be adding a valuable service to the center and to the community.
Jeff Bruk of Boylston Realty Advisors was the point of service provider for Supervalu in this transaction. The AAA office is expected to open in May, 2012.
