T-Mobile Signs two leases in Connecticut
New stores to open in Hamden and Waterbury, Connecticut
Wilmington, MA - March 20, 2012
Boylston Realty Advisors, today announced they represented T-Mobile for two new locations in Connecticut.
T-Mobile USA, based in Bellevue, Washington continually ranks among the highest in numerous regions throughout the U.S. in wireless customer care and call quality, and services over 33 million customers nationwide.
In Waterbury they leased approximately 1,500 square feet at the Mattatuck Shopping Center owned by Edens. They join co-tenants Shop-Rite, Petco, AJ Wright, AutoZone, Applebee’s and others. The store is expected to open in May.
The second agreement was signed for approximately 1,200 square feet at Putnam Place Shopping Center in Hamden, Connecticut. Co-tenants include Walgreens and Save-A-Lot. T-Mobile expects to open by the end of next month.
As broker, Boylston Realty Advisors is seeking additional retail locations throughout Connecticut. Ideal size is 1,200 square feet with a minimum of 20 feet of frontage. The sites must offer high retail visibility, including maximum store front, pylon signage, strong traffic counts, great access and ample convenient parking.
