Boylston Realty Advisors Represents Aspen Dental in Multiple Lease Signings
Leases signed for new stores in Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Maine
Wilmington, MA - March 15, 2012
Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, today announced that Aspen Dental Management, Inc. has entered into multiple leases totaling over 10,000 square feet in Dedham, Massachusetts, Keene, New Hampshire and Auburn, Maine.
The 4,125 square foot Dedham store is located at the Dedham Mall on Providence Highway and joins co-tenants Stop & Shop, Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx and others. Aspen Dental is expected to open next month.
The new 3,338 square foot Keene store which is expected to open in the Fall, is located at Riverside Plaza on Route 10 and joins Walmart and Shaw’s Supermarket.
Lastly, Auburn, Maine will welcome Aspen Dental at the 3,500 square foot end cap store on Center Street next to Panera Bread in front of the Auburn Mall in the Spring of 2013.

As the exclusive broker for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island, Boylston Realty is seeking additional A+ retail locations, 3,200 s.f. – 3,600 s.f. free-standing and end caps with a 40 foot minimum frontage. The sites must offer high retail visibility, including maximum store front, pylon signage, strong traffic counts, great access and ample convenient parking.
