Boylston Realty Advisors Signs Lease with Yogurt-Licious
New store to open in Portsmouth New Hampshire
Wilmington, MA - March 15, 2012
Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that they have signed a lease agreement with Yogurt-Licious in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Yogurt-Licious is a unique yogurt cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, providing frozen yogurt and specialty toppings as well as offering specialty menus for birthday parties. It is a privately held company with plans to open several more locations in the area.
Jeff Bruk of Boylston Realty Advisors will be working with the owners in representing them in securing future sites. Yogurt-Licious will occupy 1,436 square feet at the Market Basket Plaza on Woodbury Avenue, where they join co-tenants K-Mart, Marshalls, Petco, Supercuts, Panera Bread, Sleepy’s, Wendy’s and others.
Jeff acted as broker for Supervalu in the transaction and adds that this use will fit in well, complimenting the strong merchandising mix currently in the center.
Yogurt-Licious is expected to open late Spring.
