Boylston Realty Advisors Represents Bob's Discount Furniture
Three new stores in the Washington, DC market
Wilmington, MA - February 10, 2012
Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that they have finalized lease agreements with three new stores in the Washington, DC area.
With the opening of the 62,000 square foot store in Rockville, Maryland, Connecticut-based Bob’s Discount Furniture now has 43 stores in nine states (CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, RI, MD, VA) and the company continues to bring its winning combination of great value and vast selection to new locations along the East Coast.
Additional openings within the past several months included a new 30,000 square foot store in Falls Church, Virginia and 35,000 square feet in Hyattsville, Maryland.
