Sleepy's Mattress Superstore Relocates in Portsmouth, NH
Moves from Durgin Square to Marshalls Plaza
Wilmington, MA - February 24, 2012
Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, announced that Sleepy’s Mattress, the nation’s largest mattress retailer, has entered into a lease agreement at 1465 Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Sleepy’s, who has relocated from Durgin Square to Marshalls Plaza in Portsmouth, has been in business for nearly 55 years and has over 700 showrooms and seven distribution centers throughout the U.S. They have occupied 6,000 square feet and join tenants K-Mart, Marshalls, Petco, Market Basket, Panera Bread, Hallmark Cards, Supercuts, Wendy’s and others, in one of the strongest retail nodes in New Hampshire.
Jeff Bruk of Boylston Realty Advisors, who represented SuperValu in this agreement, worked with Rich Kaye of Sleepy’s to finalize the lease transaction. “We are very pleased to have Sleepy’s as part of our quality co-tenant mix in this center”, stated Bruk.
Sleepy’s has now occupied the space and is open for business.
