Boylston Realty Advisors Signs Two Leases with SweetFrog Premium Frozen Yogurt
Two new stores to open in Massachusetts and Maine
Wilmington, MA - August 11, 2014
Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, today announced that they have entered into lease agreements with sweetFrog Premium Frozen Yogurt for two new locations in Hadley, Massachusetts and Waterville Maine.
Located directed across the street from Walmart and Whole Foods, sweetFrog will occupy 1,540 square feet at the Hadley Corner Shopping Center on Russell Avenue in Hadley, MA. Expected opening is in the fall of this year.
sweetFrog is now up and running at their second new location at Waterville Commons in Waterville, Maine. The 1,840 square foot store is located at the main entrance to this Super Walmart anchored shopping center.
According to Jeff Bruk of Boylston Realty Advisors, “sweetFrog will be a wonderful addition to each of these centers, as customers are coming from a 15-mile radius and will have the opportunity to stop in and enjoy a refreshing treat before heading home.”
