Boylston Realty Represents Sears Hometown Stores for New Locations in New Hampshire
New Openings in Swanzey, Walpole and Plymouth
Wilmington, MA - August 11, 2014
Boylston Realty Advisors, today announced they represented Sears Hometown Stores in agreements for three new locations in Swanzey, Walpole and Plymouth, New Hampshire.
Sears Hometown and Outlet stores, who have over 1,250 locations, allow customers in smaller communities, access to great products and multiple major brand appliances, along with tools, fitness equipment, electronics and more.
Sears Hometown is now up and running at a 9,600 square foot store located at the Market Basket anchored plaza on West Swanzey Road in Swanzey. They also have opened a 7,265 square foot store at Hatch Plaza on Tenney Mountain Highway in Plymouth anchored by Hannaford Bros.
Scheduled for a fall opening, Sears Hometown will open up shop in 7,000 square feet at the Shaw’s anchored Ames Plaza in Walpole.
