Boylston Realty Advisors Signs Lease with Weight Watchers
New Central Avenue Location in Dover, NH
Wilmington, MA - February 27, 2012
Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that they have signed a lease agreement with Weight Watcher’s at Shaw’s Plaza in Dover, New Hampshire.
Weight Watchers International Inc. is the world’s leading provider of weight management services, operating globally through a network of company-owned and franchise operations, holding over 45,000 meetings a week. Weight Watchers will occupy nearly 1,800 square feet at the Shaw’s Plaza where they join co-tenants Shaw’s, Petco, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Little Caesar, Twice the Fun, Panera Bread, Great Clips, Suntan City and others.
Ray Kenney of Boylston Realty Advisors acted as broker for Northstar Centers and worked with David Choate and Rebecca Lee of Grubb & Ellis/Northern New England, who represented the tenant in this transaction. Kenney stated, “Weight Watchers will add to the diverse tenant mix of this center and we are very pleased to have them.”
Weight Watchers has moved into the space and is currently opened for business.
